All graduates who wish to attend the DSS Dry Grad must complete a Dry Grad Registration Package.   If you cannot use the PDF provided here, your graduate can pick up a copy in the main office at the school.

The package contains three forms to be completed and signed by the graduates:

1. DSS Dry Grad Registration Form
2. DSS Dry Grad Waiver Form
3. Houle Dry Grad Wavier Form

To ensure we have a well-planned and memorable event which includes every grad, please submit your forms before the deadline.

Once complete, forms can be dropped off in person in the Dry Grad mailbox which sits on the counter in the DSS Office, or they can be mailed to the school :
